Asher Freeman Lawyers is a law firm in Chadstone, Victoria, founded in July 2021. We act for individuals, families and businesses across Victoria in property and conveyancing, business and commercial law, disputes, family law, intervention orders, wills and estates, criminal and traffic law, administrative law, employment, migration, NDIS and aged care matters. We work online or in person at our Chadstone office (by prior appointment), and quote fixed fees wherever possible.

Our founding lawyer first gained experience at a top-tier Asia-Pacific Legal 500 firm, working in commercial disputes. In Australia, she has worked in generalist practices that serve businesses and individuals across a wide range of legal needs.
That mix taught us that every client needs a different approach. A multinational, a small business and a family buying their first home all want the same things: clear advice, sensible costs and a result they can live with.
We are a generalist firm at our core. We practise across several areas of law, which means we can see the whole picture, for example when a separation also involves a property sale, or a business sale affects employees and a lease.
